The accommodation, located in a very quiet residential area, is single storey and fully
air-conditioned (individually controlled air conditioning in all rooms).

This villa was completely renovated in 2021.
To preserve its quality of residence and tranquillity, this accommodation is
limited to 4 people (no extra bed) Cot is available on request.

  • 2 bedrooms (20 M2 and 14 M2). Each room has wardrobes “dressing”. The 2 bedrooms have very comfortable bedding with Tempur 1,60 m large mattress (Initially developed at NASA’s Research Center, the original material was designed to relieve the pressure experienced by astronauts during lift-off). The large bedroom is equipped with an office area.

  • Private pristine bathroom with basin and walk-in shower in each room.

  • Separate toilets with washbasin.

  • Large kitchen area with central island open to dining area and fully equipped (2 doors American style fridge, 4-burner induction hob, built-in oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.

  • Laundry area with washing machine and dryer (Table and iron also available), …

  • Spacious dining area with a round table and extensions.

  • 1 large living room with a large flat screen LCD satellite TV and a DVD player. Facing South-West, it has a large sliding bay window opening onto a large terrace with sun loungers, parasols and garden table.

  • Parking space located in the property which is fully fenced and accessible by a large gate and/or a small gate.
